综述了真空钎焊技术的现状与发展,并对机载火控雷达天、馈线焊接生产中采用该技术的工艺可行性进行了分析。指出与目前国内外普遍采用的盐浴钎焊工艺相比,真空钎焊气淬新工艺在焊接质量、可靠性、周期、成本等各方面都有显著的优点,是一种更为先进、更能满足国内机载火控雷达产品研制工作新形势需要的精密天、馈线焊接生产工艺技术。

The paper presents the current sittuation and development of the technology of vacuum brazing, and analyzes the possibility of technology used in the product of airborn radar antennas and feeds. Compared with the dip-brazing, the new craft of vacuum brazing has outstanding advantage in the fields of quality, reliability, cycle, cost, etc. It is a more accurate brazing technology for antennas and feed.
