综述了真空钎焊技术的现状与发展，并对机载火控雷达天、馈线焊接生产中采用该技术的工艺可行性进行了分析。指出与目前国内外普遍采用的盐浴钎焊工艺相比，真空钎焊气淬新工艺在焊接质量、可靠性、周期、成本等各方面都有显著的优点，是一种更为先进、更能满足国内机载火控雷达产品研制工作新形势需要的精密天、馈线焊接生产工艺技术。
