对于相控阵雷达用的矩形环铁氧体移相器常见的高次模现象,采用微波CAD方法同了实际器中所存在的微波场型,并考虑了驱动线的影响,提出了解决了高次模问题的方法。该方法的使用大大改善了器件的插入损耗特性。由于各种不一致性的存在,移相器的插入相位一般满足高斯分布。当批生产时,移相器插入相位的离散性就显得比较重要本文对此也提出了一些减小离散的方法,并进行了分析计算。

Higher-order mode is often employed in rectangular loop ferrite phase shifters used in phased array radar. This paper presents the calculation of microwave fields existing in actual devices with microwave CAD method and in consideration of the influence of excitation line. Some methods for solving the higher-order mode problem are introduced. Because of the existence of non-consistency, the insertion phase meets the Gaussion distribution. For batch production, the discreteness of insertion phase of phase shifter appears more important. This paper also provides some methods for reducing the discreteness and performs further analysis and calculation.
