根据微扰理论和保角变换理论，探讨了方波导对角微扰以及对角插入介质片后的相移特性，并研制了几种新型的波导圆极化器，理论与实测数据吻合较好。

The phase shift of a square waveguide due to the perturbation in the diagonal corners of the guide and dielectric in the diagonal corners of the waveguide are presented. A number of new waveguide polarizers are developed.The experimental results agree with the theoretical ones.
