利用阶跃变频脉压体制提供的高分辨特性，提出了圆锥扫描测角情况下抑制角闪烁、提高目标测角精度、跟踪目标要害部位的方法。这种方法利用一维距离像分离目标的散射中心，对分离后的散射中心进行测角。仿真试验表明，这种方法可以提高圆锥扫描的测角精度、抑制角闪为乐。

The paper presents a novel method of suppressing the angular glint, improving the angle measurement precision and providing tracking of the key position of target for stepped-frequency pulse-compression radar by using high range resolution features. This method use high resolution profile to select the scatter center of the target, and measure the angle of the key position of the target. The experimental results show that this method can improve the angular measurement precision.
