首先介绍了微功率冲激雷达（ＭＩＲ）的性能特点，讨论了超宽带雷达的动目标检测特性，进而分析了ＭＩＲ 的动目标检测原理，提出了采用ＢＯＸＣＡＲ积分器实现ＭＩＲ 动目标检测的方法。

In this paper,the author introduces the performance and features of micropower impulse radar(MIR),discusses the property of moving target detection(MTD)of ultra wideband(UWB) radar,analyzes the MTD principle of MIR,and then puts forward the method of realizing MIR by means of BOXCAR integraph.
