This paper shows the difficulty to airborne radar in detecting static or Iow-speed small RCS in sea clutter and presents several effective technologies which can be used in airborne radar to cope with sea clutter. This paper also provides theoretical analysis and simulation research of these methods, and their realizations have been demonstrated by some flying experiments.
