According to the characteristic of nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy, the methods of selecting capability parameters and designing of a 60kHz,1.5kW high-frequency switch-power transformer is introduced in this paper. The major designing formulas and calculating results are provided. The application results show that the transformer fulfills the design desire of airborne products, the output efficiency of the transformer can reach 90%.
