经过多年的外场机载雷达杂波测量试验，取得了我国大量不同典型地形的杂波数据，在此基础上，采用简明，方便的设计形式将杂波数据的统计处理结果形成了一个本地应用数据库。本文详细介绍此雷达杂波数据库的建立和应用。

A large amount of clutter data for different and typical terrains in China have been obtained by means of airborne radar clutter measurement in many years. On the bases, a local database for application is formed from the statistical results of clutter data. This paper describes the framework, contents and methods to build the application database in detail.
