一直以来，由于多目标聚集时目标回波落入同一或相邻检测单元给多目标的识别和检测带来了困难。本文研究了高频雷达检测平面上目标的多维特征，并基于目标的多维特征提出了多目标聚集时识别和检测的方法，经过实验分析获得了较好的识别检测能力。

It is difficult to recognize and detect multi-targets when multi-targets echo falls into one or nearby detection cell.The multi-dimension feature of target in detection plane of HF radar is studied.Arecognization and detection approach based on this feature is proposed while multi-targets congregating.Better performance in experimentation is obtained by this approach.
