雷达组网是扩大雷达探测范围、提高雷达“四抗”能力的重要途径。本文采用基于Agent的分布式处理技术，提出了一种高可靠性、高性能的分布式雷达组网模型。在模型中支持多个物理地址分布的融合中心彼此协同计算，大大增强了模型的可靠性；还加强了雷达站和融合中心之间的协作减小融合的不确定性。这个模型能够有效地支持雷达数据融合系统的开发，同时它带来的对原有模型的改进也对融合算法的研究产生很大影响。

Netted Radar system has the advandage of higher reliability, survivability and immunity from electronic attack than monostatic radars. An Agent-based distributed model of netted radar is proposed. Not only cooperation among fusion centers is improved in the model , but also cooperation among radar stations and fusion centers is strengthened to minimize uncertainty of fusion result.
