This paper introduces a new developed all solid-state transmitter. The transmitter can be operated in broadband and linear, and in CW or pulse, and the pulses length can be very short or very long, and the duty cycle of the pulses is very flexible too. The linear average output power of the transmitter is beyond 10kW. The output power can be higher when it is used in nonlinear operation.
