由于具有良好的军事应用前景和诱人的民用潜力,高频地波超视距雷达越来越受到世界各国的高度重视。对于工作在短波波段的高频超视距雷达,有用目标的检测是在强大的海杂波背景下进行的,当海态充分发展时,其中二阶海杂波便成了目标检测的主要干扰背景。本文在对高频雷达二阶海杂波产生机理分析的基础上,重点讨论了二阶海杂波的模拟方法,从海杂波产生机理的角度实现了是海杂波的模拟,并与实测的海杂波频谱进行对比分析,验证了模拟方法的有效性。

More and more countries pay great attention to HF(high frequency) ground wave OTHR (over the horizon radar) for its military and civil foregrounds. As to HFOTHR which works at shortwave band, useful targets should be detected from strong sea clutter. When sea state is well developed, the second order sea clutter becomes the main detective background. Based on analyses for mechanism of the second order sea clutter in HF radar, this paper discusses a method for emulating the second order sea clutter. According to the mechanism of sea diffraction the second order sea clutter is emulated, and the method is proved effective by contrasting with real spectrum of sea clutter.
