In order to detect the low-speed weak target in the stationary sea clutter, the clutter-whitening processing module is proposed to replace the conventional MTI filter and Doppler filter bank. The theoretical analysis and the result using the real and simulated sea clutter data show that the method has a particular performance for the detection of the low-speed weak target over the sea.
