介绍了采用虚拟测试技术实现的可配置的电子电路测试系统的设计。系统采用开放式层状构架。同层之间的变更和替换不影响其他各层。系统的可扩充性为针对不同系统的应用提供了灵活的配置方式。文中还对实现电子电路故障定位的方法进行了研讨。

The configurable design for electronic circuit test system that adopt virtual test technology is introduced. Software structure of opened and layered test system was designed. Modify and replacement of local layer can't cause change of another layer. extended system supply flexible configure form for different application. Method of electronic circuit fault diagnosis was studied and discussed.
