分析比较了集中式与分布式多传感器融合跟踪系统的跟踪精度。在此基础上，对分布式融合跟踪系统进行优化，在保留系统原有优点的同时，使其跟踪精度更接近集中式融合跟踪系统。

The accuracices of centralized tracking system and distributed tracking system are analyzed in this paper. Basing on that,distributed tracking system is optimized so that its tracking accuracy would approach that of centralized tracking system,and its architecture maintains original merits as well.
