为了研究杂波环境下的信号处理问题，本文借助ZMNL法(零记忆非线性变换法)设计了一套雷达杂波仿真系统，利用统计模型对雷达接收机可能遇到的气象杂波、地杂波、海杂波、箔条干扰等各种杂波类型进行了计算机模拟，并给出了有价值的仿真结果。

In order to process signals in embedded clutter, a simulation system of radar clutter based on ZMNL(Zero Memory Nonlinearity) using statistic models is designed. It simulates some kinds of radar clutter such as weather, ground, sea clutter, chaff and the result is useful for practical work.
