近年来 ,近场测量已成为高性能天线研制中非常重要的技术手段 ,其中高精度是天线近场系统中的关键指标 ,这使得近场控制技术显得尤为重要。早期的近场控制借助于成熟的经典控制技术 ,保证系统的可靠运行。而近期的近场系统多采用具有精确、简捷、快速的新型步进控制技术 ,对提高控制性能、简化控制设计、降低系统成本 ,起到了显著作用。综述了天线近场测量控制系统的设计 ,给出了控制方式、误差补偿及系统设备配置方面的设计建议 ,对从事近场系统控制人员具有一定的指导和参考意义。

With the development of antenna measurement technique in recent decades, the near-field measurement has become an important technical means for high performance antenna research. High precision is a key index in antenna near-field measurement system, which makes the near-field control technique very important. In the past near-field control based on the mature classical control technology to ensure the system run reliably. In recent years, the accurate, compact, rapid step control technology has been mainly adopted, which can improve control performance, simplifying control design and reduce system cost. The design of such a control system in antenna near-field measurement is presented here. And some design guidelines are suggested for control modes, error compensation and system equipments configuration. It has instructional and reference value for people engaged in near-field system control. [
