随着飞行器技术突飞猛进的发展,其目标特性具有低空发现距离近;信噪比低;速度快,亚音速飞行等特点。雷达由于多路径效应的影响,很难迅速、准确的搜索、捕获、跟踪低空目标。为了有效地解决雷达的低角跟踪问题,本文对国内外低角跟踪雷达研究现状及发展趋势进行了介绍,分析了一些主要的雷达低角跟踪技术。另外,基于毫米波材料研究的突破和制造工艺的成熟,通过介绍复合型毫米波器件和毫米波单片集成电路,重点阐述了毫米波技术在低角跟踪技术中的应用。

With the development of the aircraft technique, the target characteristic have low elevation, near distance monitor, low S/N , fast speed and subsonic flying. When radar is working, as we all known, it is difficult to search and track a hedge hoppling weapon quickly and precisely for its multi path domino effect. Considering some external technique, the radar low angle tracking technique is discussed in this paper. Based on it's mature material, such as compound millimeter wave device and single molectron circuit, the millimeter wave technique is introduced in detail. [
