现代雷达往往具备多种抗干扰措施，其抗干扰措施的自适应选择，必将有利于雷达在复杂的现代电磁干扰环境中提高其正常工作的概率，最大限度地发挥雷达的抗干扰潜在性能。文中利用计算机自动控制技术，在系统阐述雷达自适应抗干扰原理和依据的基础上，对雷达自适应抗干扰系统的设计与实现作了初步的想定和研究。

Sometimes, a modern radar has many kinds of counter countermeasures. The capability of radar self adaptive selection of ECCM is sure to enhance probability of its normal operation in the complicated modern electromagnetic environment and tap the potential capability of radar ECCM.This paper utilizes computer auto control technology, and the principle of radar self-adaptive ECCM, to carry out some priliminary work for the auto design and realization of radar self-adaptive ECCM system (RSAES).
