首先介绍海杂波的混沌特性。然后采用IPIX雷达海面回波中的水平极化雷达数据对BP神经网络进行训练 ,结果表明所设计的BP神经网络能够很好的模拟海杂波 ,单步预测误差较小。最后以误差能量作为判别标准设计了一种基于海杂波混沌特性的海面目标检测算法

In this paper, the chaotic dynamics of sea clutter is introduced at first, and then training the BP neural network by the IPIX radar datas, the results show that the BP neural network can simulate sea clutter well, the error of one-step prediction is very little. At last we present a methord for the detection of signals in sea clutter, which is based on the error energy of the BP neural network.
