电信设计与机械结构设计是天线设计必不可少的两个主要方面,在具体产品设计中,结构性能指标和电性能指标往往是需要合理折衷的一对矛盾,单纯从结构方面进行优化,很难得到最优解。为了解决这个问题,应进行机电综合设计。文中分析了相控阵天线副瓣电平与结构参数之间的关系,采用改进的目的规划法进行副瓣电平和重量双目标优化,导重准则法进行优化计算,并借助于有限元软件ANSYS求解敏度。实例计算证明,这种优化方法简洁高效,具有工程应用价值。

Electric design and mechanical structure desig n are two essential aspects in the antenna design. It is difficult to optimize the antenna design by simply considering the structure requirement. A procedure of mechanical and electrical integrated design is developed. This paper studies the relations between sidelobe level and structure parameters for phased array ante nnas. The modified goal programming method is applied in dual-target optimizing of sidelobe level and weight. Derived-weight method is applied in the calculati on. Sensitivity is found with the aid of the software of finite element analysis -ANSYS. Examples show the simplicity, high efficiency and value in engineering application of this method.
