Cable layout design of phased array antenna is always a key part of design of a phased array radar, which directly affects the reliability and maintainability of radar. This paper begins with the concept of one phased arrary antenna,then we arrange the cables in a small space, and improve mainteainability of the phased array antenna through multilevel-oriented blind-plugging. The processe in steps are presented in detail.
