This paper briefly introduces the composition and principle for a kind of high power small-sized T/R modules. Combining the characteristics of transmitter channel, a few key techniques for the design of a small-sized transmitter channel are discussed. These key techniques include designing of small-sized matching circuits, designing of 3 dB bridge and realizing of the adjustable output power.
