介绍了合成孔径雷达及其天线技术、星载天线有源馈电网络的特点、空间辐射对卫星寿命的影响及空间辐射屏蔽机理,阐述了卫星在轨飞行时空间环境的深度剂量曲线,得出轨道质子、电子的分布特点,分析等效铝材料对质子、电子的屏蔽效果,根据元器件的抗辐射性能采用局部加固的方法,并提出了等效铝的合适厚度,为星载SAR天线抗辐射加固工程设计提供依据。

The technology of SAR and its antenna are introduced in this paper, including the character of space-borne SAR active feed networks, the influence on life of satellite by space radiation, and the principle of shielding irradiation. The distributive feature of proton and electron in the orbit is deduced from the relation curve of thickness and dose while satellite flying in its orbit. Also shielding effect of proton and electron with equivalent AL is analyzed in this paper . A method to fix electronic parts according to whose anti-radiation capabilities is introduced, with this method the thickness of equivalent AL can be got. All of these provide a basis for the fixing design of anti-radiation.
