从系统论的角度，运用系统研究的方法对由雷达干扰组成的电子冲突系统进行定性和定量描述。建立了电子冲突系统和雷达干扰系统的系统概念和系统间联系，尝试了电子冲突建模的系统模型化研究，初步探索了系统研究方法、系统研究理论在该领域中的也用。为进一步的雷达干扰的作战效能评估奠定重要的系统论理论基础。

In this paper, the electronic conflict system composed of radar jamming is qualitatively and quantitatively described by means of system ressearch methods in the respect of system theory. The system concepts of the electronic conflict system and the radar jamming system are introduced, and the system relationship between them is constructed. The system model study of the electronic conflict modeling is attempted, and the application of system research theory and system research methods in this field is initally discussed. The results could lay an important system theoretical foundation for the study of operation efficiency of the radar jamming.
