介绍了10 kW高压电源系统指标、组成和结构,电源采用全桥串联谐振变换器来实现,提出了一种较好的大功率IGBT模块的驱动电路,采用了一种新的电源控制芯片,给出了样机元件的设计公式及方法,进行了电磁兼容性设计,并进行了电路仿真,最后给出了样机的实验结果。

The article introduces the index,composing and structure of 10 kW high voltage supply system in full-bridge series-resonant inverter,it introduces the design formula and method of component in the prototype,provides a sort of better driver suited for large IGBT modules,applies a new control chip,design of electromagnetic compatible and simulation result is given.At last,the experimental results of the prototype is given.
