论述了一种配备自动测试系统的检测维修车的原理与设计要求，通过故障诊断专家系统综合分析雷达的故障现象及BIT报告，并指导在线测试、综合分析雷达主要系统工作参数，然后对可疑LRU逐个进行脱机测试，通过上述一系列步骤，检测维修车能迅速的确定雷达故障位置，在雷达站点提供LRU换件检测维修支援服务。

To describe working principle and designing demand about a sort of general test and repair vehicle, which equips perfect ATS , and by fault diagnosis expert system, analyse fauth phenomenon and BIT report of radar, direct online to test radar parameter of main subsystem including antenna, then one by one offline test doubt LRU. By the series steps , test and repair vehicle can rapidly locate radar fault, supply test and repair support service with replacing LRU in radar site.
