微处理技术的不断发展,要求供电电源输出电压降低、输出电流增大、动态响应速度加快,由于多采用分布式电源系统,经过二次DC/DC变换实现对微处理器等设备的供电,这对VRM电压调节模块的控制技术提出了新的要求。重点分析目前常用的VRM变换器拓扑结构和特点,针对不同供电结构要求,采用隔离或非隔离VRM的拓扑,并研究需要采取的控制技术对策和工程实现措施。

Continuous development of micro-processing technology requires that the output voltage from power supply be reduced,but the output current and speed of dynamic response be increased.Generally distributed power supply system with double DC/DC conversion is used to supply the micro-processor,new requirements for control technology of VRM(Voltage Regulating Module) are put forward.In this paper,topological structure and features of common VRM converters are analyzed in detail to determine whether,isolated or non-isolated VRM topologies be applied for different power supply structures,the associated control technology and implementation measures are also discussed.
