This paper describes the design and implementation of a microwave oscillator based on Low-temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC) packaging.The circuit is realized by embedding the resonator and lumped passives inside a multiplayer LTCC substrate.The measurement and computing results of the circuit operating at 5.6GHz is shown.The module is compact in size and has good phase noise performance.
