PD雷达频率综合器往往采用恒温晶体振荡器(OCXO)来实现高稳定度的性能,但OCXO的温升过程中存在输出信号频率慢漂的现象,其温升过程在低温条件下开机大约持续5~10min。文中根据已知的OCXO在温升过程中频率慢漂变化的数据拟合出频率漂移函数,分析了该时间段内频率漂移对PD雷达中相参积累的损失和对测速精度的影响。根据影响的程度给出了对慢漂的要求。

Oven controlled crystal oscillators are used widely in PD radars for high stability,but there are frequency shift during the warm-up time which is about 5 to 10 minutes.This paper presents the function of OCXO's frequency shift according to the curve of frequency shift,and analyses the influence on PD radar's coherent accumulation and target speed test,and provides the limits of frequency shift.
