In contractible-scaled measurement,the small model was measured at low altitude to equal the actual measurement of large target at high altitude.The paper discussed the principle and conditions of contractible-scaled measurement of MMW radiometer firstly.Then the contractible-scaled measurement and the corresponding actual measurement was done at two scales of height.The results were contrasted to prove the validity o the contracbile-scaled measurement.The method is simple,convenient and economical.
