根据新型雷达任务的需要,对传统的以平均故障间隔时间为中心的设计思想的不足进行了分析,提出了基于无维修工作期的可靠性、维修性、保障性设计思想。在进行失效机理深入分析和可靠性试验的基础上,确立自下而上的设计思路,介绍了各种新的设计方法。最后在应用上建立新的工程实施方法和途径。

Basing on the mission requirement of a new type radar,this paper analyses the weakness of traditional MTBF centered design concept,and presents a new design concept of reliability,maintainability,and supportability(RMS) centered maintenance free operating period.This paper presents the design idea from bottom to top,and introduces various new design methods on the basis of analysis of failure mechanism and the reliability test.Finally, new technological measure and route are established for application.
