对微多普勒信号进行了建模仿真分析，提出了基于微多普勒信息的雷达目标识别算法。利用改进的经验模型分解方法来提取微多普勒特征，使用相关匹配算法构造分类器。仿真结果验证了该目标识别算法的正确性和可行性。

Micro-doppler effect signal modeling and analysis are performed. A radar target recognition algorithm based on micro-Doppler effect is proposed. Improved empirical mode decomposition is adopted to extract features of micro-Doppler signal and classification using correlation matching algorithm is performed. The algorithm is varified by the simulation results.
