To verify the high reliability and longterm performance stability of T/R modules of phased array radar, the Endurance test system for T/R modules was developed. System has strong abilities of testing ,controlling and analysis. At the same time, it has high dependence and stabilization by perfect design. This article discussed the function, components and principle of the system, also the key techniques in system integration were introduced.
