要实现对ISAR的欺骗干扰,设计一个好的假目标信号尤为重要,其关键在于如何产生一个好的相位调制系数对截获对方ISAR信号进行调制。文中提出了一种新的相位调制系数,与已有的相位调制系数相比,它不仅理论表达式简洁更易工程实现,而且考虑了假目标调相位置因子,设计出的假目标信号携带信息更丰富、灵活性更大。理论分析和仿真结果证明了所提出相位调制系数是有效的。

To realize deception jamming against Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar, a good phase modulation coefficient that is used to modulate intercepted ISAR pulse is very important. In this paper, a new phase modulation coefficient is proposed. Not only its theoretical formulation is simpler and engineering realization is more easily compared with the former phase modulation coefficient, but also the false-target phase-modulated position parameter is considered, the false-target signal has more information and agility. The analysis and result of simulation experiment show the proposed phase modulation coefficient is effective.
