为了确定合理的精密深腔薄壁零件铣削加工工艺参数,借助动力学仿真的数控加工工艺参数优化方法,通过建立铣削过程动力学系统实验模态分析测试平台,测试具体加工机床和不同长径比刀具的动力学特性,再应用“切削过程动力学仿真优化系统”获取特定机床不同刀具特性、不同加工阶段加工系统的切削稳定域和优化的切削参数。从而有效提高零件材料的去除效率,抑制细长刀具的切削颤振现象,较好地解决精密深腔薄壁壳体零件铣削加工时侧壁产生切削振纹的难题。

In order to determine the reasonable technological parameters in NC milling of deep-cavity and thin-walled part of high-precision, with the aid of dynamics simulation method for technological parameter optimization in NC machining and by means of establishing dynamic system experiment modal analysis testing platform for the milling process, dynamic characteristics of cutting tools with different length-diameter ratio on special machine tools can be tested. Then, the optimized cutting parameters for different characteristics of the cutting tools, specified machine tools as well as the cutting stabilization area of machining system at different cutting stages can be obtained. Consequently, material-removing rate of the part can be improved effectively; the phenomenon of tremble of the cutting tools owing to large length-diameter ratio in the cutting process can be suppressed. Thus, difficult problem of chatter mark on the wall of high-precision, deep-cavity and thin-walled box during milling process can be solved in a better way.
