介绍了一种新的卫星发射、气球(浮空器)接收的BSAR/GMTI系统-星球双基地雷达。BSAR雷达由于发射、接收分置,相对于普通的单基雷达,具有获取信息丰富、作用距离远、安全性高、抗干扰能力强和抗截获性能好等突出优点。将星球双基地系统与单基地系统进行比较,分析了星球双基地系统的模型及其GMTI的能力,并给出了一个基于星球双基地雷达系统的SATP方法,并仿真验证了此方法的有效性。

This essay introduces a new BSAR/GMTI(bistatic synthetic aperture radar / ground moving target indicator).The satellites transmit pulses and the airships receive the echo.BSAR radar has separated transmitting and receiving sets.Comparing to the usual bistatic synthetic aperture radar,it is able to gain rich information,has long distance effectiveness.Its advantages are also at high safety and fine anti-jamming.This article analyses the model of BSAR and GMTI capability.Eventually,it gives a SATP method to solve BSAR/GMTI and proves its validity by simulation.
