分析和改进了对MFSK信号调制分类算法。考虑到实际系统中脉冲成形的影响,对信号进行了恒包络预处理;选取抗噪能力强的Haar小波提取信号特征;针对无监督聚类算法中FCM算法对初始值敏感,易收敛至局部最优解的缺点,提出了减法聚类和FCM算法相结合的算法求得最佳聚类数;不仅能够保证获得全局最优解,还大大提高了FCM的收敛速率。

A classification algorithm of MFSK signal is analyzed and improved in this paper. Considering the pulse shaping impact in practical system, the constant envelope pretreatment is used. The Haar wavelet which can restrain noise well to extract signal character is selected. Aiming at the disadvantage of FCM algorithm which is sensitive to initial values and easily falls into local optimum solution, this paper gives a novel cluster method mixed subtractive and c-means cluster which not only avoids falling into local optimum solution, but also speeds up the rate of convergences.
