在低空超视距目标的无源定位和跟踪过程中,地球曲率、环境杂波、接收机自身精度和灵敏度等因素,都可能给电子侦察系统对目标的精确定位和跟踪造成困难。针对低空超视距目标的无源定位,从坐标系的定义入手,给出超视距辐射源目标在观测系统中的相对位置表示。并用无源定位时差定位法和数据融合技术相结合的思想,改善和提高了无源定位系统的目标定位精度和跟踪精度。

In the process of passive location and tracking of over-the-horizon target(OTHT) with electronic reconnaissance system,many factors may make trouble to locating and training,for example earth curvature,environmental clutters and precision of receive set itself.This paper begins with the definition of reference frame,provides the relative position of OTHT in the observation system,and improves location and training precision with the combination of passive location and data fusion.
