微机电系统（MEMS）是一项与集成电路制造工艺相似的新兴技术，其研究领域已扩展到了射频（RF）与微波领域，并有继续向毫米波频率扩展的趋势。文中结合RFMEMS技术研究的最新进展，研究了如何利用最新的RFMEMS技术设计毫米波探测系统，以实现毫米波探测系统的小型化、低功耗和高性能。

MEMS(Microelectromechanical System)technology is a new technique like integrated circuits.Presently,MEMS is entering the field of microwave and millimeter-wave.Based on the latest advance of MEMS technology,this paper focuses on how to realize millimeter-wave detection system using RF MEMS technique to improve performance,reduce the power consumption and system size.
