Based on structure analyses and characteristics of application of ground-based information radar and summary of large amounts of engineering practice experiences,some basic environmental test principles of ground based information radar and their application areas are proposed form theory of reliability engineering and numerical statistics.The relationship between environmental test and reliability test is also discussed.
