为解决机载对海搜索雷达在近海复杂环境条件下的目标有效探测问题,提出并采取增加一次视频通道和一次、二次视频叠加的技术方案,通过对信号处理进行优化的设计方法,包括视频预处理、视频图像处理、气象处理、数据处理等软件优化设计及必要的硬件改进等措施实现技术方案.经试飞验证,证明该方法效果较好.

To solve the capability for detecting target of an airborne radar in complicated environment near seacoast,a scheme of technique is proposed and applied which adds a new video channel and combines the first and the second videos.Singal processing is optimized by two methods.One way is algorithms optimization including video pretreatment,video processing,meteorologic data processing and singal data processing.The other way is improving the performance of hardware.Proved by test-fly,the result is well.
