利用步进频连续波雷达对墙后运动的人体目标进行探测,对墙体杂波抑制和人体目标成像展开了研究。首先,利用 人体目标慢速运动的特征,采用时域差分的方法抑制墙体杂波,使人体目标回波得以凸显;然后,分析了墙体折射对目标 回波时延的影响,在此基础上对传统的后向投影成像算法进行了改进,使其适用于墙后区域的目标成像;最后,对该算法 进行了推广,在一定程度上实现了对人体目标的跟踪。实测数据的处理结果表明,该算法能够在系统离墙12.6 m的情况 下有效地消除墙体回波的影响,清晰地显现出在墙后运动的人体目标。

A stepped-frequency-continuous-wave (SFCW) radar is applied to through-the-wall (TTW) detection in this paper. Based on the field data, the wall-clutter suppression and interior target imaging are analyzed. First, the wall-clutter suppression algorithm based on time-domain difference is proposed by using the characteristic of slow-moving target, and the target-echo is therefore emerged. According to the influence of wall refraction on target-echo's time delay, the traditional back-projection (BP) algorithm is modified for TTW imaging. Finally, the algorithm is generalized for target tracking. Experimental results show that, this algorithm is able to suppress wall-clutter and image the human target moving behind the wall effectively when the radar system is 12.6 m away from the wall.
