热管以其高的导热能力被航空航天、信息产业和化学工业广泛应用。然而,对于一些有恒温要求的使用环境,普通 热管无法维持自身温度的稳定,为确保热管温度的平稳性,目前已生产出多种可控热管,但此类型热管普遍存在结构复 杂、成本过高等弊端。文中提出了一种新型双向阀门可控热管,通过不凝气体对有效散热段长度控制,实现了在不同温度 和使用条件下保持热源温度的稳定。

Heat pipe with its high thermal conductivity is used widely. However, for some occasion of constant temperature requirements the common heat pipe can not maintain its temperature. In order to ensure the heat pipe temperature stability, a variety of controllable heat pipes have been produced. In these types of controllable heat pipes, there are more or less defects such as complicated structure or high cost. A new type of two-way valve controlled heat pipe is presented in this paper, which can maintain the heat source temperature stability in different temperatures and use conditions by using the non-condensable gas to control the effective cooling length.
