无人机载雷达有更严格的体积、重量要求,另外,受载机供电限制,雷达主功率设备的效率也是重要指标,在保证发 射机高频谱纯度和可靠性的同时,也要综合考虑上述因素。文中介绍了某无人机载小型SAR发射机设计的几点要求,针 对各个重要组件工作原理作了详细论述,最后给出了理论计算、仿真与实际测试结果,证明该发射机满足无人机载小型 SAR的带宽、功率、平坦度等指标,具有较高频谱纯度和可靠性。

The bulk and weight of radar on UAV are restricted so severely. Meanwhile, the efficiencies of radar's main power devices are also an important parameters. We must consider adequately these factors to design transmitter as making great efforts to improve purity spectrum and reliability. This paper introduces three focuses about the design of minitype SAR transmitter on UAV. There are parameters calculation and TWT calorifics emulation and test results given out after demonstrating on principle about every important units. And these results indicate that the transmitter, with high purity spectrum and excellent reliability, meet fully with minitype SAR on bandwidth, power and smoothness.
