随着航天事业的发展以及未来发展的需要,实验室分工将越来越细,配套装备也越来越多。在这种情况下,人工参 与的半自动测试系统已经无法满足多点设备、仪器的测试要求。为提高装备的维护保养能力,文中设计了一套基于Web 的自动测试系统,采用至下而上的设计方法,设计了通用型的功能模块,并通过网络接口实现了组网;上位机监控软件采 用Labview进行开发,利用其Web Server技术实现了远程面板的浏览与控制。测试表明,构建的系统设计合理、控制简便、 数据记录完善,提高了装备保障的水平。

Along with the development of the space industry and the needs of the future development, the lab's division is more meticulously and the equipment is also more and more. In this case, the original ATS based on artificial semi-automatic can not meet the testing requirements for the more equipment and instrument that they are distributed in different places. In order to improve the equipment maintenance ability, a set of ATS based on Web is designed in this paper, use the design methods from the bottom to top, design the universal function module, and it implementates the network through the network interface. Labview is used for the PC monitor software development, it achieve the remote browsing and control through the Web Server technology. The test results shows that the designed system is reasonable, convenient control, data record perfect, it improves the equipment safeguard level.
