相位噪声对微多普勒频率测量的影响是决定微动特征能否在雷达目标识别中应用的关键因素之一。文中给出了单 边带相位噪声与相位起伏均方根的关系,建立了考虑相位噪声后的微多普勒模型,通过仿真和暗室试验分析了微动特征 提取对雷达相位噪声的需求。仿真和暗室试验结果表明,若雷达系统相位噪声在偏离载波1 kHz时小于-60 dBc/Hz,并 且在近端相位噪声按频率的反比衰减时,雷达系统相位噪声对微多普勒特征提取效果影响较小。

The effect of the phase noise on the measurement of the micro-Doppler frequency is a key condition, which determine whether the micro-motion characteristic can be applied by the target recognition of radar. The relationship between the single side band phase noise and the root mean square value of the phase fluctuation has been given in this paper. Under the consideration of the phase noise, the micro-Doppler model of the target with micro-motion has been built. Based on the work above, the effect of the phase noise on the extraction performance of the micro-Doppler has been analyzed by simulation and experiment in microwave darkroom. The results show that it is not obvious for the system with the phase noise less than -60 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and decrease with the reciprocal of frequency inside the band less than 1 kHz.
