密集多输入多输出(MIMO)阵列式雷达技术的一个重要方面,一般而言,MIMO雷达以距离为参数进行目标检测。 文中基于Capon、APES等自适应参数估计算法,针对密集MIMO阵列,提出了一种以方位为参数的目标检测方法。以Capon谱为例,通过蒙特卡洛试验,仿真分析了这种检测的性能。结果表明,检测概率和虚警概率相同时,Capon谱检测方法 的信噪比要求比传统检测高6 dB ~10 dB,因此,可认为密集MIMO阵列不适合利用自适应参数估计算法进行目标检测。

Co-located MIMO array is an important aspect of radar technology. In general, the target detecting of MIMO radar is carried out in Doppler-range dimension. For Co-located MIMO array, by using adaptive parameters estimation algorithm such as Capon、APES, a new target detection method is proposed in this paper, the new method to detect target is performed in direction dimension. As Capon for example, the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the new detecting method. The results indicate that the needed SNR of the Capon detecting method need more 6 dB to 10 dB than the traditional detecting method when detection probability and false alarming probability are the same. It shows that the adaptive algorithm of parameters estimation does not suit for targets detection of the co-located MIMO radar.
