研究了一种L波段8通道宽带数字T/R组件设计技术。组件具有瞬时带宽宽和发射功率大的特点,可以产生带宽 为100 MHz的线性调频信号(LFM),单通道输出功率可达50 W。该组件集成了8个独立的收发通道,上下变频都采用一 次变频,简化了电路设计,控制组件的体积、重量和成本,取得了良好的效果。通过对研制样件的测试,设计性能达到要 求,其通道间相位长期稳定性即同频点相位差RMS达到发射小于2.5°,接收小于0.7°的指标。利用2个样件构建了16单元数字线阵试验平台,给出了发射和接收方向图。

A new design technology of wideband 8-channel digital T/R module at L band is presented in this paper. The module has wide transient bandwidth and high transmit power, it can produce a bandwidth of 100 MHz LFM, each channel of transmit peak power could reach 50 Watts. 8 T/R channels will be integrate in one module, upconversion and downconversion only have once, it could simplify the design of circuit and cut down the mass ,volume and cost of the module. These techniques have good effects. The testing results of sample indicate the module performance has been achieved, phase stability between T/R channels at same frequence namely RMS of phase error less than 2.5/0.7 degree. Using two T/R module samples, a 16 element digital line array radar testbed was constructed and the ARP and ATP are given.
