通过分析现代地面防空系统的特点和发展趋势,提出了绝对和相对时间同步的需求。结合时间同步技术的特点和 现状,对地面防空系统的时间同步问题进行了研究,得到了包含地面防空火力单元、局域指控中心、区域指控中心和专业 保障单位共4层组成的时间同步体系的基本结构,并对其信号与信息流进行了分析,提出了关键技术。通过对该结构的 技术、精度和可靠性分析,证明这种体系结构能够满足现代防空体系的基本要求。

According to the analysis of the characters and developing trend of the ground antiaircraft systems, the requirement for time synchronization is presented. The time synchronization problem is studied integrating with the characters and current status of the ground antiaircraft systems, and the fundamental structures of time synchronization system which consist of ground anti-aircraft fire unit, local command & control center, area command & control center and professional assurance unit, is achieved. According to the analysis of the technique, accuracy and reliability of the structure, it is proved that the system structures can meet the fundamental requirement of modern anti-aircraft systems.
